Luxurious 10 story hotel located opposite Melbourne Airport’s terminals. Along with its 465 hotel rooms, the building will offer a gym/ pool area, café, bar, restaurant and conference rooms.

Total Insulation undertook the insulation and cladding responsibilities for various plantrooms, including the central boiler and chiller plantrooms on level 1 and several AHU areas. In addition, substantial pipe insulation was applied across typical Ibis and Novotel hotel floors to accommodate FCUs in rooms. The scope of work extended to encompass the gym and Aerofoil conference spaces, requiring the implementation of sound lagging for the FCUs.

As a result of Covid-19, hotel operations were halted in 2020. However, in 2023, work resumed and was eventually completed in 2024 with successful outcomes. Total Insulation forged a robust partnership and fostered effective communication with O.P. throughout the project.
