Mark Stewart - Managing Director
Following an extensive career as an air conditioning plumber and having gained a sound understanding of the industry, managing director Mark Stewart established Total Insulation Pty Ltd in 1983. Mark has since been at the helm of the company, and his work ethic and adaptability to an ever-changing industry has been fundamental to Total’s achievements.
Mark’s vision to provide reliable, efficient and quality insulation services has remained a cornerstone throughout the company’s growth over the past three decades. In developing a passionate team of on & off-site professionals, Mark has helped Total Insulation grow to become one of the most diverse providers of insulation services nation-wide. He is deeply involved in day-to-day operations and workforce supervision, and is passionate about delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Jordan Stewart - Divisional Manager
Jordan began working at Total Insulation in 2008 as a trainee lagger upon finishing his VCE. He continued work with the company through the duration of his university studies, returning as a Junior Estimator in 2012. His career with the company flourished in the following decade. Forming valuable industry connections and building a solid record of achievement beyond the estimating department, he quickly rose into a project management role.
Jordan was Instrumental in the company’s expansion into Sydney. He ultimately relocated in 2020 and now works as the NSW Divisional Manager. An expert communicator with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry, Jordan enjoys the diversity of the role and welcomes the opportunity to travel and interact with a variety of professionals daily. Outside of the office he is an avid golfer with a passion for classic cars and mid-century furniture.
Jerome Stewart - Senior Estimator
Jerome commenced his journey at Total Insulation over a decade ago as a sheet metal worker. He worked part-time both in the factory and on-site whilst completing his Bachelor in Business Marketing at Monash University, before transitioning into a permanent office role as the company estimator.
In his time as estimator Jerome has become an integral part of the Total team. He has developed successful ongoing relationships with a large client base, whilst honing his skills in project management. He enjoys the interpersonal nature of the role and is a natural problem solver with a calm and confident approach to his job. Jerome is continually working to enhance Total Insulation’s database, estimating software and site management systems, and strives to maintain optimal communications between the office team and the worksite.
Josephina La Barbera - Accounts Manager
Overseeing office operations and HR, Josephina is the main contact for administration related enquiries. Her exceptional organisational skills are driven by a strong work ethic and attention to detail, complimented by a friendly and helpful approach that is highly valued by her colleagues. She is consistently building on her knowledge of industry practices and values the relationships she has developed in over 20 years of commitment to the company.
