AirTrunk Melbourne transformed an existing warehouse into a 23,000 m2 – 50-megawatt data centre, with data halls, office facilities, meeting rooms, storage facilities and workshop areas.
The chiller systems were prefabricated off site, however all systems were required to be insulated and metal sheathed on-site by Total Insulation due to the potential damage during transport. This required the managing of significant workforce fluctuations and a meticulous planning of material supply.
