Total Insulation was contracted by Croft Air in 2021 for insulation works on this new 4 story, 120 bed aged care residential facility. Scope included insulation/ metal cladding for chilled water and heating hot water pipework running to fan coil units between levels from chiller and boiler plant on level 4. Various fan coil units and ducted fans also required sound lagging to control noise levels. Wantirna Hospital was well managed from start to completion, with successful outcomes for Total and Croft.
